How Kind MD creates health content
The Kind MD Editorial Team is the organizational author responsible for the educational articles and comparisons published on kindmd.co. This page explains how that content is researched, sourced, updated, and corrected.
Unless a page names a qualified medical reviewer and gives a review date, it should not be read as having received a documented medical review. Kind MD educational content does not replace advice from a licensed healthcare professional who knows your medical history.
Who is responsible
The Kind MD Editorial Team works on behalf of Kind MD, a trade name used by JAYC Inc. The team is responsible for research, drafting, source checks, updates, and corrections. A team byline identifies organizational responsibility; it does not claim that a physician wrote or medically reviewed the page.
Source standards
For medical and regulatory statements, we prioritize primary and authoritative sources whenever they are available:
- U.S. Food and Drug Administration guidance, safety communications, approved labeling, and databases.
- Other federal and state health, licensing, and consumer-protection agencies.
- Original peer-reviewed research and established clinical guidance.
- First-party provider, manufacturer, pharmacy, policy, and pricing pages for facts about those organizations.
Third-party summaries can provide context, but they do not replace a primary source for a consequential medical, regulatory, pricing, or policy claim.
Medical and compounded-drug claims
Our content distinguishes FDA-approved drug products from compounded preparations. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. We do not describe a compounded preparation as a generic version of, the same as, or proven equivalent to an FDA-approved product.
Comparisons and pricing
Provider offerings, prices, insurance policies, pharmacy arrangements, service areas, and cancellation terms can change. Comparison pages should identify the date and source of material facts. Readers should confirm the current charge, billing cadence, medication, eligibility requirements, fulfillment details, and cancellation or refund terms before paying.
Dates and updates
- Published is the date the page first appeared.
- Updated is used only when the content changed materially.
- Medically reviewed is used only when Kind MD can identify a qualified reviewer and the actual review date.
Corrections
We update material errors when they are identified. To request a correction, email care@kindmd.co with the page URL, the statement at issue, and the source you believe should be considered.
Editorial independence and commercial context
Kind MD publishes information about its own services and competitors. That content is company-produced editorial and marketing material, not independent medical evidence. We aim to distinguish verified facts from interpretation and to link readers to the underlying sources.
