Kind MD provides the following services:

- Medical evaluation and prescription of compounded GLP-1 medications (semaglutide and tirzepatide) for weight loss
- Fulfillment and expedited shipping of compounded medications to your registered address
- Ongoing patient support, medication management, and clinical follow-up
- Educational resources about weight loss treatment and healthy lifestyle modifications
All medications prescribed through Kind MD are compounded pharmaceutical preparations manufactured by licensed compounding pharmacies and prescribed by licensed U.S. physicians based on individual patient evaluation.
3. Eligibility and Age Requirements
To use Kind MD services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of the United States
- Not be pregnant, nursing, or planning pregnancy during treatment

- Video and messaging consultations are conducted by licensed U.S. physicians who will evaluate your medical history and symptoms to determine treatment eligibility
- You have the right to decline treatment, request a second opinion, or ask questions about your care
- Records of your consultations and prescriptions will be maintained in accordance with healthcare privacy laws
- Telehealth visits may be recorded for quality assurance and patient safety purposes, with your consent
- Technical issues, interruptions, or delays in telemedicine platforms are not Kind MD's responsibility if your internet connection or device is the cause
You consent to participate in telehealth care and acknowledge that you understand the benefits and limitations of virtual consultations.
6. Compounded Medications and Prescription Terms
Medications prescribed through Kind MD are compounded pharmaceutical preparations. You acknowledge that:
- Compounded medications are not FDA-approved but are prescribed by licensed physicians based on clinical judgment and patient needs
- Each prescription is customized based on individual medical evaluation and may differ from commercially available formulations
- Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies under pharmacy board oversight
- You have received and reviewed information about the risks, benefits, and side effects of GLP-1 medications
- You understand that GLP-1 medications carry risks including nausea, vomiting, pancreatitis, dehydration, kidney injury, and rare cases of thyroid effects
- You agree to follow all dosing instructions and report adverse effects to your healthcare provider
- Prescriptions are valid only for the patient named and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared
Kind MD does not prescribe medications for any off-label use other than weight loss in eligible patients. All prescriptions are subject to physician review and approval.
7. Medical Evaluation and Contraindications

- History of pancreatitis or acute pancreatitis

- No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services
- If a payment fails, Kind MD will attempt to retry. Repeated failed payments may result in service suspension

By subscribing, you authorize Kind MD and its payment processors to charge your payment method for all fees and charges incurred.
9. Shipping, Delivery, and Product Receipt
Kind MD offers free expedited 2-day shipping on all orders to continental United States addresses. You acknowledge that:
- Medications are shipped only to addresses within the United States
- International orders are not available at this time
- Delivery is estimated at 2 business days from order shipment but is not guaranteed
- You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address
- Packages must be signed for upon delivery; unclaimed or returned packages may incur additional fees
- You are responsible for inspecting medications upon receipt for damage or discrepancies
- Unopened medications may be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange
- Opened or partially used medications cannot be returned or refunded for safety reasons
