This California Privacy Notice is in addition to, and incorporated into, the Privacy Policy of JAYC Inc. (d/b/a "Kind MD") and its owners and affiliates. It applies to California residents and describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information and the rights you have under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold personal information of California residents, including minors under 16 years of age.

• Right to Know. The right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share personal information.
• Right to Delete. The right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to exceptions permitted by law.
• Right to Correct. The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing. The right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. As stated above, we do not sell personal information.
• Right to Non-Discrimination. The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

How to Submit a Request

California residents may submit a request to exercise their rights by:

• Emailing care@kindmd.co with "California Privacy Request" in the subject line, or
• Contacting us through the kindmd.co/contact-us page.

You may submit a verifiable consumer request for access or deletion up to two (2) times in a twelve-month period. We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Identity Verification

To protect your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We may ask you to provide information that matches information we have on file. We will only use the information you provide for verification purposes.

Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The authorized agent must provide written proof of their authority to act on your behalf, and we may require you to verify your own identity directly with us.

Minors Under 16

We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age. Our Site is intended for adults 18 years of age or older.

Changes to This California Privacy Notice

We may update this California Privacy Notice from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and post the revised notice on the Site.
