State and Federal regulations do not allow the return of prescription medications after being dispensed by the pharmacy. Once you have been charged and the medication has been handed to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS), all sales are final.
You can modify or cancel your order before it ships through your Kind MD account. For damaged medications received, or medications lost in transit, please contact our patient care team and we will work with you to make it right.
For non-prescription, over-the-counter products, Kind MD may accept returns of unopened items up to 30 days after purchase, subject to review by our patient care team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or approved by our support team. We do not accept COD returns.
Before returning any item, contact our patient care team at care@kindmd.co or +1 833 756 5047 for return instructions. Do not ship items back without instructions from our team.
If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or appears to have been delivered incorrectly, contact our patient care team as soon as possible. We may ask for order details, tracking information, photos, or carrier documentation so we can investigate and coordinate next steps with the appropriate pharmacy, carrier, or service partner.
Replacement, refund, or credit decisions depend on the product type, shipment status, pharmacy dispensing rules, carrier documentation, and applicable law.
