These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in text message (SMS) communications from Kind MD, a trade name of JAYC Inc. (JAYC Inc. d/b/a "Kind MD"). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.
Kind MD sends SMS messages about consultations, follow-ups, treatment updates, prescription notifications, order status, and membership care. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
By providing your mobile number and opting in — whether during account creation, checkout, or through another Kind MD form — you consent to receive SMS messages from Kind MD at that number. After opting in, you will receive a confirmation message similar to:
"You have successfully opted in to receive SMS messages regarding consultations, care updates, and service notifications. Message frequency may vary. Msg & data rates may apply."
Message frequency may vary depending on your level of engagement with Kind MD. Messages may include appointment and refill reminders, consultation follow-ups, order and shipment updates, and care notifications.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Kind MD does not charge you for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge you for messages you send and receive.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and we will no longer send SMS messages to your number unless you choose to opt in again.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission by your mobile carrier, and is not guaranteed.
The Kind MD SMS program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Information you provide in connection with the SMS program, including your mobile number, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to enroll in the SMS program. By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder of the mobile number provided, or that you have permission from the account holder to use that number.
Kind MD may modify or terminate the SMS program or these SMS Terms at any time, with or without notice. Your continued participation in the SMS program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
